An order is confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation. For custom or made-to-order items, production lead times apply and are communicated in the quote.
We ship worldwide via third-party couriers. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier. Customs, duties, and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
New products carry a manufacturer warranty against defects. Items damaged by misuse, modification, track abuse, or incorrect installation are not covered. Custom-manufactured items are non-returnable unless defective.
Our components are engineered for performance applications, including motorsport. Installation must be performed by qualified technicians. HyperBrake Motorsport is not liable for damages arising from incorrect installation, misuse, or use outside the product's intended application.
